A special shout out to our friends who joined us this summer for the Capella Technique classes. We had a great time and made alot of new friends! Holla to our girls from Decatur, Florence, Bartlett, Lausanne, and Briarcrest!! We enjoyed having you this past weekend!!

I wished I could have came.
But we were past Memphis by the time the class. But I did get to spin a little bit while in Memphis. After Lunch. haha.
